The McNally Project joins family, colleagues and friends in mourning the recent passing of Dr. Justin Maloney. Justin was a long time supporter of paramedicine. As Medical Director of the Ottawa Base Hospital, he was a tireless advocate for the evidence-based advancement of paramedic practice, and his work in related community education programs provided an example of leadership for others to emulate. Over the years, he made major contributions to the organization of Ontario’s paramedic system, serving on numerous Ministry of Health advisory committees.
He will be sorely missed.
